Where is my Sense of authentic self? High / Low dream?

Things are not going well in my life, I need to develop to be smarter, gain better money travel to feel better, I should be slimmer, I would never be like them because……. and many more endless comparisons and embarrassing Peer Pressure puts you on a high-speed treadmill.
leading to being dissatisfied maybe even depressed losing interest in life cause it’s not as nice as it should be! Sounds familiar?
Don’t get me wrong, we should live to evolve and aim big no doubt. But you might simply need to find your roots, it becomes difficult to be who we really are, and how to be real with all the visionary intimidating social media around us.
Hello be curious and explore wider than the screen:
who I am really? what do I really want? is what I want the best for me? Be careful about what unplanned passion could lead to.
It’s NOT fair to you! Instead of focusing on things, I don’t like about myself I simply go online to present myself in a way I’ll be happy with. How does this benefit beyond the moment? Whatever is happening in your life is no exception! Pain/ struggles, bad choices, imbalance emotional and financial ……all this is part of life but cooping with it is a choice.
I hear you, Disappointment is justified when we don’t reach our dreams but did you notice even when you reach it you sometimes don’t feel the satisfaction? Could it be that this was not your real dream it was what you thought you should dream?
High dream low dream:
When we think about something we’d like to have in our life, we create a High Dream (we think about how great would be to have it and explore the details in our mind) and a Low Dream (“I can’t have this because … “).

It’s ok to have both High and Low Dreams because each could bring different aspects into our awareness.

Are you connected more to the High Dream or the Low Dream?

Because the more we spend time thinking about one of them, the more we enable that dream to enter our reality. How? By being too attached to the Low Dream, we miss the strength and encouragement that comes from connecting with the High Dream, which could obstruct our ability to realize it. Being too attached to the High Dream leads to ignoring the drawbacks of the Low Dream signs, allowing them to become huge roadblocks to reaching the High Dream.

One day after fighting a personal battle for so many years one simple word shed light that I have been always after what’s not in my area of control, this moment was a myth change of the relationship between myself and the past, my high dream was to be and to feel secured/ bet on myself success but I realized I’m always attached to my low dream ‘’erasing the past forgetting what happened thinking if I forget my bad experience life will be better and if I didn’t have such painful experience and hurt I would have been in a much better state…….’’ – this is the low dream

What a realization! A wave of vitality spread out through my brain and lasted most of the day … and even after! Getting in touch more often with my High Dream would have allowed me to interpret better the messages from my intuition, and gave me more energy to grab the opportunities that came along!
